ADVANCED SUBSTRATE TECHNOLOGIES Pte Ltd (AST) is a joint venture between Broadcom Inc. and TOPPAN Holdings Inc., specializes in the design and manufacturing of advanced Flip Chip Ball Grid Array (FC-BGA) substrates. Based in Singapore, AST is at the forefront of developing high-quality substrates for cutting-edge semiconductor applications, including network switches and AI/ML devices. The company’s flagship facility near Jurong Lake District represents a significant milestone as TOPPAN’s first FC-BGA manufacturing venture outside Japan, integrating state-of-the-art automation and R&D to meet global demand.
