We are a Singapore-based subsidiary of TOPPAN Holdings Inc., a Japanese pioneer in printing technologies and a leading supplier of high-quality Flip Chip Ball Grid Array (FC-BGA) substrates. We are the first factory in Singapore to pioneer the manufacturing of high-end FC-BGA substrates used in cutting-edge semiconductor products such as network switches and artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) devices.

Additionally, our facility will conduct research and development (R&D) aimed at advancing substrate technologies to meet the evolving performance requirements of future products in these domains. Broadcom Inc., a global technology leader specializing in semiconductor design, enterprise software, and security solutions, is also actively supporting the establishment of this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Singapore.

Company Overview

Our AST R&D team is on a mission to transform AI and develop groundbreaking hardware. We’re creating innovative solutions for tighter, quicker, and more dependable integration of processing and memory, moving beyond the limitations of current substrate technologies. We leverage cutting-edge semiconductor processing technologies, including Chemical Mechanical Planarization, to produce high-performance substrates with 10x increase in interconnect density, paving the way for packages with up to a trillion transistors.


Job Responsibilities

You are responsible for overseeing warehouse and incoming logistic activities. This role includes managing inventory, MES system, production schedule and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. 


Warehouse Process Execution:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities as well as warehouse planning to ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments.
  • Perform inventory checks and ensure shipment accuracy.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping of warehouse, materials, equipment and resources.
  • Monitor process workflow, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Performing stock checks to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
  • Attending to all audits, both internal and external.
  • Generate daily operational reports and maintain essential documentation.


Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

 

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse within the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in Netsuite, Oracle, or other ERP/MRP system
  • Skilled in inventory management
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment


Expertise and Skills:

  • Understanding of import/export operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Understanding of Japanese is an advantage


Competency:

  • Able to listen effectively and follow up appropriate instructions
  • Capable of reporting necessary information, such as issues and production progress
  • Able to accurately identify problems and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions


Attribute:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for collaboration across multiple departments
  • A cooperative and team-oriented personality is preferred


Others:

  • The position typically involves weekday daytime work; however, weekend or holiday work may be required based on instructions from the direct superior 
  • The role may involve working in a cleanroom environment

  • Premises located in 9 Pesawat Drive, Singapore 619607
  • Permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week
